Touch Therapies Touch therapy massage is your own personalised blend of aromatherapy oils massaged into specific stress zones to relax your body and relieve tension from your mind. Each touch therapy massage lasts appoximately 15 minutes, and your therapist will recommend the most suitable combination based upon how you are feeling.
